Microneedling Radiofrequency INFINI and GENIUS

Minimally invasive skin tightening

INFINI is a High Intensity focused radiofrequency treatment that precisely delivers radiofrequency through insulated needles into deeper dermal layers while spearing the epidermis. The insulated needles deliver energy at the tip of the needles in different dermal depths, leading to thermal heating of the dermis without causing thermal damage in the epidermis. This dermal heating, which is much higher than the heating with soft rejuvenation techniques, will naturally boost collagen and elastin production in the dermis, leading to more pronounced improvement of skin over time.

The big advantage of not causing epidermal heating is that it is save regardless of phototype or tan, and can be used in dark skin types.

It is a minimal downtime technique (1-2 days downtime) that tightens and firms the skin. It is an excellent technique for tightening skin laxity and wrinkles of face and neck and for treatment of acne scars.A topical anaesthesia cream will be applied 60 min before the procedure for patients’ comfort. Tree passes are done each session and even though after one session there will be a noticeable improvement, the best results are obtained after 3 sessions (or more depending on the indication). Collagen production is a slow process that requires several weeks. It takes minimum 4 weeks before results become visible and the skin will continue to improve for the following 1 or 2 months.

This technique can be combined with micro-ablative Thulium laser in the same session. It is the ideal combination for treating both dermis and epidermis where, next to more progressive skin tightening of the dermal layer with micro-needling RF, a surface treatment with Thulium laser more rapidly improves pigment, skin tone and texture.
