The Total Skin Solution™ is the combined treatment with two different energy-based devices, in the same session, to have a synergic, very efficient and optimal multilayer skin treatment with minimal risks and downtime.

The first part of the treatment consists of several passes with the Genius Precision Microneedling Radiofrequency. This device is the first of a new generation, it allows a very precise and effective stimulation of collagen synthesis in the deep dermal layers, resulting in effective skin tightening.

The second part of the treatment involves several passes with a non-ablative LaseMD laser for pigment treatment in the epidermis (sun damage and age spots) and additional collagen stimulation in more superficial dermal layers.

The Total Skin Solution™ treatment is minimally invasive and requires a local aesthetic cream 1 hour before. A potent topical anesthesia and cold air during the treatment are enough for pain management.

There is a downtime of 2- 3 days on average, as the skin will be red and swollen. We always use the Healite 830 nm LED immediately after the treatment to improve healing time and reduce the downtime.

The effects start to be visible a few weeks after the treatment. Depending on the severity of the skin laxity and sun damage, we usually recommend 2 or 3 sessions, with a minimum of 4 weeks interval, to have optimal results.

In many cases we will prefer the Totalskin Solution™ over a fractional ablative laser for skin rejuvenation because it produces similar results with less risk and downtime.
